We have been servicing the Tararua District and Lower North Island for over 25 years, we offer on site slaughter any day of the week, we also offer on farm slaughter of cattle within 45mins drive of Pahiatua.

We use natural hog casings and use a family recipe. Whether you prefer using your own homekill beef, sheep, pig, or wild game, we ensure the ideal meat-to-fat ratio by meticulously trimming or adding fat.
All our sausages can be made gluten-free and preservative-free
We can make a range of flavors call to inquire, or if you have a special recipe in mind, bring in your own ingredients, and we’ll work our magic.
